President and CEO

Pastor Josh Chien

Pastor Josh is a bi-vocational minister at Living Stones Christian Church in Milpitas, California. With a Kingdom-minded perspective, his heart is focused on meeting people where they’re at. His conviction is to help the Capital "C" Church and connect the body of Christ (John 17:20-23).

Director of Technology & Board Member

Vincent Mo

Vincent works as a software engineer in Silicon Valley with a passion for leading worship. He is in the process of developing a worship planning/presentation tool to better equip churches for leading service.

Secretary & Board Member

Ming-Gih Lam

Ming-Gih is a software developer in the Bay Area, focused on wanting to use his skills in tech to do God's Work. He helped launched DeoWorks in 2007 when it was a tool to take Bible notes. Since then, DeoWorks has evolved into a ministry that helps support local churches.

Creative Director & Board Member

Marina Kong

Marina is a trained graphic designer and storyteller who has a career working as a Creative Director leading UX, copy, and visual design for Fortune 500 companies. Her goal is to support Kingdom-minded organizations position themselves with clarity and aesthetic appeal to drive audience engagement.

Sam Rima, DMin, PhD

Director of Leadership Formation
Sam Rima has served in a broad variety of ministry and leadership roles over the past 35 years, spanning the church, academia, and the non-profit worlds. His passion is to raise leaders, walk alongside and support them and fuel leaders to fulfill their calling
Jamie Lam

Director of Special Projects
Jamie has a background in advertising/marketing and has redirected her skillset to support ministries and focus on the unity of the Church.
DJ Chuang

Strategy Consultant
DJ Chuang is a strategy consultant, currently working with the .BIBLE Registry. He's worked with Christian organizations and ministries like American Bible Society, Worship Leader Magazine, Leadership Network, L2 Foundation and has clocked in five years of pastoral ministry vocationally.
Elena Liu

General Administrator
Elena currently works as a general admin for Living Stones Christian Church. She carries on her strengths to help DeoWorks. Her background is in interdisciplinary studies and worked in the tech industry prior to working full-time in ministry.
Peggy Koralage

Finance Manager
Peggy currently works as the finance manager for Living Stones Christian Church. Peggy came to Christ through ISI and now works in ministry to support God's work.
