In 2017, a new trauma protocol called the Flash Technique was developed by Phil Manfield. Sik-Lam Wong has become a leading researcher in the new field of the Flash Technique in the US. He is a professor teaching students to help clients reduce their PTSD symptoms by reading from a script. He is partnered with DeoWorks to work with marginalized folks: the homeless, the drug addicts, the incarcerated, refugees and those traumatized by war and conflict. 

Long gone are the days of printing music sheets and manual adjusting key changes for each song. Introducing Omnibus Worship, the modern music binder. Omnibus is a web based app that enables worship to run seamlessly. This app allows worship leaders to create sets aligned to set liturgies, share with their band members, while it auto generates lyrics aligned to the song flow.
